Marc Rodger
Director

Marc is a Senior Designer specialising in Commercial and Industrial design along with specification work. With 10 years of wide ranging experience and an Advanced Diploma in Building Design from Central Queensland University, Marc has the experience, desire and knowledge to meet development requirements. His strength lies with being very technically minded whilst providing innovative design solutions that maximise the development dollar. Tenacity drives his design process.

Marc is an enthusiastic cycling road racer and avid snowboarder. Travel is his favourite pastime with reading a close second. This fits in well with his sporting pursuits with the cultural discoveries and social diversity along with the way being a brilliant levelling device! When not working, cycle training or travelling you would most likely find Marc lounging in his courtyard devouring a novel or two with a glass of red.

John Payten
Director

John brings to the design table over 20 years experience in the industry. He is a Senior Designer that favours residential design both individual residences and multi residential projects.

John is renowned for his artistic flair, his uncanny ability to resolve spacial challenges and has a talent of interpreting client briefs accurately. Having lived in the Wide Bay since 1985 his local knowledge of the area is second to none.

John is an ardent traveler and boasts a long list of destinations already traveled and yet to be traveled. This provides immeasurable stimulus for his design work.

Mat Sheppard
Manager (Bundaberg)/Senior Designer

Mat has worked for Architect & Building Design firms for the past 17 years. He joined the team 2 years ago after relocating from Rockhampton and has since developed the Bundaberg Office into a successful business with a reputation for professionalism and client satisfaction.

He is able to claim the title of ‘Jack of all trades – master of ALL – in commercial, industrial and residential design. Mat has a compilation of talents and skills that are a tribute to his success. He possesses an exceptional eye for detail whilst being able to take on board the ‘big picture’ of the project. Mat’s passion is designing innovative buildings that are functional, aesthetically pleasing and environmentally responsive. He enjoys 3D modelling and presentation drawings.

Being a family man sport, camping and anything outdoors ranks high on Mat’s social list.
